We provide individual coaching for CEOs of start-ups and mid-sized companies.  Topics of coaching range widely among individuals - from managing a board to crafting operating plans; from exploring leadership styles or honing management techniques to financing expansion plans.  Coaching sessions are completely confidential, take place in person or by phone as required, and are usually weekly, 1-hour private meetings. 3. Leadership Transition Support

Every organization eventually must face a transition in the leadership team.  Whether it's time to find a new senior executive or a successor CEO, you require expert advice in transition planning and skills assessment. Sometimes there is a need for an interim executive to bridge the gap between today's operation and when a new leader is available to come on board. Leadership transition support is available to all current CEO or Leadership Team clients.

4. BlueSeven Leadership Project

We facilitate a monthly peer-group meeting for selected leaders.  These peer-group events allow members to share their collective experience and wisdom to address the more demanding challenges and opportunities they face in their personal and professional lives.  Membership in BlueSeven Leadership Project is by invitation only.
